VBS Volunteer Info

Thank you for signing up to volunteer for VBS at Crossview! VBS is just around the corner!!  What an exciting time it is to connect kids to Jesus!!  I LOVE VBS and can't wait to serve with all of you.  It is going to be a blast to see Jesus work in and through each of you!!!   Below are a 5 important things to know:

1--This Sunday, July 20 at 11:45am you are welcome to a VBS lunch, training, and Set-up. (if you signed up for set-up this is when you come, there is another set-up after church on Sunday, July 27 too to finish.)

2--Please check your email for SafePlace training and background check consent links.  If you already did that this year for Crossview, you will not need to do it again.  And if you are only doing set-up (you don't need it) It will come from Protect My Ministry/Ministry Mobilizer.  This need to be done BEFORE VBS begins.

3--Please read the attached VBS Volunteer Training document for helpful info and when we show up, fun dress up days, etc.

5--Check the volunteer list below and find your name.  So if you signed up for several spots, please see where you have been assigned.  If you have any questions or concerns, please TEXT Pastor Aaron 612-865-1407. We do have a need for 2 more elementary small group leaders, a craft leader and nursery adults.  So if you want to switch from snacks/registration to any of those let Aaron know.
