MUUUCE Volunteer Info

Thank you for volunteering to help connect our 6-9th graders to Jesus at MUUUCE this year! With about 500 students attending, we couldn't do it without your support. Please read through these three important details to ensure you're ready to serve:

-1- T-Shirt Sizes
To make sure you have a MUUUCE volunteer t-shirt to wear while serving, please fill out this form with your t-shirt size by Wednesday, July 30.

-2- Background Checks & SafePlace Training
Background checks and SafePlace training are required for anyone serving with minors. If you've served at VBS, with kids, or in youth ministry before, you're good to go! Otherwise, please complete the following two steps:

  • Step 1: Fill out the online consent form for a background check (email will come from Protect My Ministry or Ministry Mobilizer).

  • Step 2: Complete the online SafePlace training (30-45 minutes). At the end, make sure to click "Show Certificate" and the checkbox to automatically send your score to Crossview.
    Note: Check your junk mail if you don’t see these emails!

-3- Volunteer Schedule
Please review your volunteer schedule below (scroll all the way down) and note your assigned times. It's best to arrive 10 minutes early to check in at the Volunteer Check-In where Pastor Libby will be. You'll receive instructions and your t-shirt there.
