The United States currently has more people locked up than any other country in the history of the world. You are invited to hear a panel of experts from local law enforcement and Blue Earth County Human Services share their perspectives on crime and punishment. The Yellow Line Project will be highlighted as a local innovative new approach to decreasing incarceration rates. This event is open to everyone!
